Hub tour
After login, a grant-filtered hub stays on the page (Pages, Entities, Site, …). There is no separate admin app. Edit content and Edit layout are per-section handles on the canvas, not hub toggles.
You can minify the hub to a chip; it remembers that per site in the browser.

After login
Look for the hub on the page. A first-run tip may point at section Edit content / Edit layout handles. Items appear only if you have the grant:

Missing items usually mean your role lacks that capability — not a broken UI. “I don’t see Pages” almost always means you are an editor.
Section handles (canvas)
Each block on the page is a widget (docs often say “section”). Every widget has its own quiet icon handle: ✎ (Edit content) and ⊞ (Edit layout). Visible UI is the icons; full labels and the widget type · id appear via tooltip. Only one widget is armed at a time.

Until you click ✎, the page still behaves like a normal browse — links and text selection work. Use region + anytime chrome is present (including empty pages).
The header menu is a Navigation widget. Edit it with that section’s Content handle (tree editor) — it is not a hub slide.

Mental model
- Stay on the public URL — structure opens as dialogs over the page; record CRUDs are ordinary pages the hub links to.
- Edit content / Edit layout = per-widget handles; Pages / Site / Backup = structure; Entities = field schema; Records = rows.
- Packs: Hub → Site → Packs & capabilities.
